Seringkali dalam kehidupan kita, pekerjaan dan pembelajaran adalah 2 faktor membawa gejala kerunsingan sehingga keadaan ketegangan atau stress. Manusia seringkali mengadu bahawa ia mengalami stress, 'tension' atau tegang. Peningkatan gejala stress dikalangan pelajar seringkali dikaitkan dengan faktor persekitaran semasa khususnya menjelang musim peperiksaan. Senario ini serupa apabila kita menyatakan bahawa kita tiada 'mood', atau kita tiada minat untuk belajar. Bagi golongan dewasa, stress seringkali melanda kehidupan berikutan masalah kewangan dalam rumahtangga. Apakah kesan buruk gejala stress? Kesepian dan menyendiri merupakan symptom susulan akibat stress. Jika tidak diatasi, kesan buruk yang lebih serius boleh berlaku seperti tekanan perasaan & bunuh diri. Jadi, atasi stress segera dengan bertenang & berfikiran positif untuk kehidupan yang lebih sihat. Senyum juga mampu mengawal stress anda.
